Summer day in Uusikaupunki 3

Posted by
ursulakatariina (Ed, Sweden) on 3 June 2014 in Cityscape & Urban.

Actually this was taken before 9 am yesterday but the whole day was as beautiful as the morning was.
I see this wonderful view every day on my way to work. There aren't many birds living on this lake but they seem to rest here sometimes - yesterday I only saw two mallards who flew away right after they saw me (which was before I saw them)...

Nice to see you! I hope you enjoy seeing what I saw earlier.
Please, leave a comment so I know you have been here.

I got a colour spotlight, see it here.

Please read this.

Jypyä Pop from Turku, Finland

Yes summer days can be described morning. If I remember correctly the landscape, this house is close t the Finnish dream. After all, it is a house near the city center lake.

@Jypyä Pop: The house is located in a perfect place but I don't know if it's a residential property or some industrial property. One thing I do know is that they must have super dirty windows all the time as the water from the fountains is splashed to them all the time! :)

Oiva from Turku, Finland

With a great looking place, it's nice to go to work, When you see this beautiful
place to start the day!:-))Haleja.

Happy Tuesday ,for both of you!

@Oiva: Yep, this and many other beautiful locations on the way it's kind of easier to go to the work but also kind of harder - it could be so much nicer just to stop and stay there and enjoy the views.

Devi from Chennai, India

Lovely looking place and a great pleasing image..
Wonder if water would get into that building if there is a flood!!!

3 Jun 2014 11:43am

@Devi: Thank you.
That building is quite far from the water so I don't think it's in any danger if the lake starts flooding...
