On the rocks

Posted by
ursulakatariina (Ed, Sweden) on 26 August 2013 in Miscellaneous.

On Saturday afternoon we went to the sea front and found this amazing place. The sea is behind my back and these rocks were all around me. It is a little island with just little green spots here and there.
The place is called Ramsvikslandet and it seems there is very little information about it in English in the internet or I just can't find it.

Nice to see you! I hope you enjoy seeing what I saw earlier.
Please, leave a comment so I know you have been here.

I got a colour spotlight, see it here.

Please read this.

Once again, we can see that tourism is the best way to get information about the world. After all this myself learned many times and now once again. Great picture from an excellent position.

@Jypyä Pop: Yeah, tourism and sitting into a car and driving somewhere hoping to see something interesting. :)
Thank you!

Curly from South Shields, United Kingdom

Looks very rugged and barren, hard work to climb about this place.

@Curly: It wasn't too easy to get to the top but it was worth all of the pain. :)

Picking up on Jypya's comment, one little game that Mrs E and I play(or at least one I can tell you about on AM3!!) is....Set your SatNav to somewhere that you want to go to, pick "shortest route",and see what happens, it will take you down tracks that you normally wouldn't go to, and you find some really unusual, of the beaten track, places

26 Aug 2013 5:32pm

@CElliottUK: We play that same game too! It's so fun and helps to see many amazing places.

@Ari: Kyllä vaan. Tuolla tuota kalliota riitti ihan niin pitkälle kun jaksoi silmä katsoa paitsi jos katsoi merelle päin. :)

Jeff from Pembroke Dock, United Kingdom

When We play the sat nav game it usually ends up down a narrow lane with a tractor coming the other way " great fun NOT ! ".Nice shot though. ;>))

26 Aug 2013 8:15pm

@Jeff: I don't like those narrow lanes at all - those are the only bad thing in this game...
Thank you!

Christine from Ellemford, United Kingdom
