Rusty old beauty

Posted by
ursulakatariina (Ed, Sweden) on 15 August 2013 in Transportation.

One of the cars we saw in Halden. It is not as polished as the others, but it's still really beautiful.

Nice to see you! I hope you enjoy seeing what I saw earlier.
Please, leave a comment so I know you have been here.

I got a colour spotlight, see it here.

Jypyä Pop from Turku, Finland

You are right. Surface Luster is missing, but its power is still there.

@Jypyä Pop: Yep.

Oiva from Turku, Finland

A nice picture, it would be great if you could see it sometimes when it has been repaired and painted, and the restoration is complete! Rust below is a gorgeous car, I know it!:-))Haleja.

Happy day for both of you!

@Oiva: I have a feeling someone has spent hours to get the car looking like this - I think they have no intention to make it all shiny and bright. :)

Devi from Chennai, India

It's beautiful... and the violet flowers speak a lot here :-)

CElliottUK from Reading, United Kingdom

That's a project for a real enthusiast(Or as a prop in a war-zone movie)

@CElliottUK: Or it is a finished project - around here some of them like their cars like this.

Ruthiebear from Titusville, NJ, United States

Yes, it is a bit beat up looking, but still has fine lines.

15 Aug 2013 4:49pm

@Ruthiebear: Yeah, it's beautiful.

The Mouse from Glasgow, United Kingdom

A real "Lads" car by the looks of it.
