45 minutes

Posted by
ursulakatariina (Ed, Sweden) on 26 December 2012 in Lifestyle & Culture.

Yesterday morning I spent 45 minutes clearing the snow away from our door and from the door of our upstairs neighbor. The rest of the apartments are empty so they can be buried under snow.
I hope I don't have to do this today too!

Sony Ericsson ST15i 1/100 second F/2.6 ISO 80 4 mm

Nice to see you! I hope you enjoy seeing what I saw earlier.
Please, leave a comment so I know you have been here.

I got a colour spotlight, see it here.

Please read this.

Jypyä Pop from Turku, Finland

Think positive. It was a huge amount of fresh air and a bit of healthy exercise in favor of a counterbalance in the efforts being made. Nice that there is a lot of disturbing the neighbors.

@Jypyä Pop: It is a great way to get some fresh air and exercise, but I hope there isn't this much snow every morning! :)

@Ari: Hihi, repesin. :)

Oiva from Turku, Finland

Great picture, physical condition when that does a few times a week! I hope you do not just have to re-do today! Artist hopefully a little help?

Happy Boxing Day for Both of you!

@Oiva: Thanks. Yeah, I can feel my big ass melting when I clear the snow away... :) Today we have warm day with a little bit of rain so no re-do today.
The Artist does not help with the snow - he doesn't want to and I don't know if I want him to help! :D

Happy day for you too!

Ruthiebear from Titusville, NJ, United States

Good job! Now you won't have to go to the gym and exercise like I did!

@Ruthiebear: Yeah, this wins any gym anytime! :)

CElliottUK from Reading, United Kingdom

I'm with you. I hope it's not like this every morning-that really would be a herculean effort!!

26 Dec 2012 6:55pm

@CElliottUK: But would do so good for my physical condition... :) No, even if there is going to be more snow in the mornings I'm not gonna wake up an hour earlier on work days just to clear the snow...

The Mouse from Glasgow, United Kingdom

Well done, hope he cooked a good breakfast!
That is a lot of snow, can see the problem up north in the winter, we just need sand bags!

26 Dec 2012 7:01pm

@The Mouse: He does most of the cooking anyway so I'm never without a good breakfast!
Snow means hard work but I rather have loads of snow than the eternal rain you have in Scotland! :)

Curly from South Shields, United Kingdom

Oh my word, that is a full day's work not 45 minutes!

27 Dec 2012 9:38am

@Curly: I was a bit surprised it didn't take the whole day! :)
