Saw this ship in Gothenburg, Sweden yesterday while we waited our train to take us where we are now. We arrived so late the world was all dark and I did not get any pictures of our new town, I promise some views from here as soon as possible.
Where is here? Here is in Ed, Sweden. Here is some information of this area in English.

Luck in your new home town. That's a fantastic view and bring a little bit of envy, because it looks almost like summer.

@Jypyä Pop: Thank you!
It looked like summer on small parts of Gothenburg yesterday, but it sure was feeling like winter! And here in Ed we woke up in a very wintry feeling, it's -10°C out and everything is covered with thin layer of frost.

Oiva from Turku, Finland

@Christine: Thank you!

Ari from Turku, Finland

Aivan kuin meidän Suomen joutsenemme. Ruotsissa oli tullut kuulemma metri lunta, hh

2 Dec 2012 9:20am

CElliottUK from Reading, United Kingdom

What a huge sailing ship!

2 Dec 2012 9:40am

@CElliottUK: It is really big!

CElliottUK from Reading, United Kingdom

Sorry, so have you now moved here permanently?

2 Dec 2012 9:41am

@CElliottUK: Yep, we moved in Ed yesterday and plan to stay as long as we have the jobs here.

Curly from South Shields, United Kingdom

Fantastic picture of the ship and Dals-Ed sounds like an ideal place stuck in the countryside but not too far from the bigger towns and cities. I'm sure you'll love it there.

2 Dec 2012 10:30am

@Curly: Thank you.
Now that I have seen Ed in daylight, I think I'm really gonna like it here. Just need to get some more winter clothing... :)

Ruthiebear from Titusville, NJ, United States

Lovely scene - the sky and water reflect beautifully. I like that you captured a bird flying by.

2 Dec 2012 8:36pm

@Ruthiebear: Thank you! The bird was a little surprise but I like it there too.

Patrick M. from Lille, France

Very nice boat

2 Dec 2012 8:43pm

@Patrick M.: It is beautiful.

The Mouse from Glasgow, United Kingdom

Nice place Gothenburg, was there years ago when you could ferry it from the U.K.

3 Dec 2012 6:34pm

@The Mouse: I hope I can make a weekend trip there in the summer. I think it's gonna be really beautiful city when everything is green.
