Yesterdays traditional treats

Posted by
ursulakatariina (Ed, Sweden) on 25 December 2011 in Food & Cuisine.

This food doesn't seem to have English name.
The one in the left is made of swede and some spices, the one in the middle is made of carrots and pudding rice and some spices and the one on the right is made of potatoes and some spices.
Yesterdays food was great, but I'm clad I don't have to prepare those more often than once a year!
I hope you are all enjoying of all the wonderful things Christmas brings to you.
